Our Volunteers

Gifts of Love volunteers are the lifeblood of the agency and perform essential functions on a day-to-day basis, contributing over 1,200 hours a month. They serve on the board of directors, stock the food pantry, sort and stock clothes and linens, assist in the holiday room, maintain donor records, organize fundraisers and food drives, provide grant writing and public relations support, and help to stuff and distribute the weekend food backpacks.

Whether an adult, in high school, middle school, college or retired, there is an opportunity for all who would like to participate.

VolunTEENS Program

Gifts of Love works with local schools, civic groups, companies, youth groups, and various clubs to encourage volunteerism.  Students can volunteer at Gifts of Love to meet their community service requirements.
