Simsbury Girls Varsity Soccer Scores Big for Gifts of Love!

An enormous thank you to the Simsbury Girls Varsity Soccer team, who—along with a huge win against Farmington on Friday night—organized a food drive to support Gifts of Love!

Thanks to their incredible effort, the team collected enough food to fill more than 40 backpacks for local students. Each backpack even included a handwritten note, asimple but powerful gesture that reminds the students and their families that they are supported by their community.

We are so grateful for these amazing young women, their coaches, and everyone involved for showing what teamwork and compassion can accomplish—both on and off the field.
