President – Ashley Born
Ashley is a resident of Avon and was most recently Gifts of Love’s Chair of Governance. Additionally, she serves on the Finance Committee. Prior to joining the Board four years ago, Ashley was an active volunteer for the Weekend Backpack Program. She is a Senior Finance Consultant with experiences at Wex, MassMutual, Phoenix Companies, and Honeywell. Ashley is also associated with the Junior League of Hartford and the Institute of Management Accountants Hartford Chapter.
Vice President – Sean Riley
Sean is a resident of Simsbury and serves as Gifts of Love’s Chair of Strategic Planning and as a member of the Governance Committee. Sean has been associated with Gifts of Love since 2009. He is Vice President of Client Delivery & Practice Management for Kelley Management Consulting, Inc. Sean is also involved with FAVARH – The Arc of the Farmington Valley and the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce.
Treasurer – Rob Walz, CPA
Rob Walz is a resident of Granby and is Gifts of Love’s Chair of Finance. Additionally, he serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. Rob has served on the Gifts of Love Board for the past two years as Treasurer and a member of the Farm Committee. He is a Manager with PwC Assurance in Hartford.
Secretary – Robert Wong
Robert Wong is a resident of Simsbury and serves on Gifts of Love’s Strategic Planning Committee. Robert has been an active volunteer at Gifts of Love, donating his time along with his family for the Weekend Backpack Program, at the Gifts of Love Farm, and at the main office in Avon. Robert is the Director of Strategic Enablement at Prudential Financial. He also volunteers for a variety of nonprofit organizations in the Hartford area.

During COVID-19, the nonprofit continues to accept and provide food, clothing and household goods, and self-sufficiency consultation from its offices in Avon and Hartford.
